Oh Hey, Friday… Life Recap
Happy Friday!!!
I have been seriously out of the blogging world lately for really no other reason but the fact that we have been busy. Some days I have things to say and I love sitting down and typing, some days we are busy and I don’t have much to say so the last thing I want to do is sit down and write…I would rather de-stress, watch Bravo and drink a glass of wine!!
With that being said I thought I would catch you up on what we have been up to…
1// Parks: Now that Ellie is a walking maniac, we have been loving us some parks…when the weather permits.
2// St. Patrick’s Day: It came and went and I am already excited for next year!
3// Easter: These holidays just keep getting more and more fun with each year…the older Ellie gets and the more she realizes what is going on it is just so fun!
4// Tackling our Kitchen: We have finally officially removed all of the 1960’s wallpaper from our kitchen and dining area!!! This was not a fun task AT ALL, but thanks to my cousin letting us borrow a steamer and many hours of work we are finished…until we tackle the bathrooms, uggg!! We have also painted our dining area and have started the cabinets. Goodbye 1960’s, hello 2015!!!!

5// Life news: One of the main reasons I have found it so hard to focus my thoughts lately is because we have had some things happen that really make you take a step back and think. One of our dear friends was recently diagnosed with cancer…obviously tough news and I really don’t feel appropriate writing too much on this, but is has made it difficult for me to find my voice on here. Also, Joe’s grandmother passed away at 81 years old. She was an amazing women that lived a very full and wonderful life but she will be missed!
So there you have it…our life the last couple of weeks in a nutshell.
