May, May…got away (from me)
So I know it has been a seriously long time since I have posted something on here…and for that I apologize. I have been very busy doing an abnormal amount of random and family oriented things. So many that the month of May literally slipped right on by with no word from me here on my blog! I have failed the couple of people that might actually check this out and get a tiny bit excited to see what I have to say. (to those people I thank you so much for reading, I truly appreciate it
At any rate I have been pretty busy and so I will show you many, many pictures of my adventures in May…don’t be jealous, just send me an email and you too could come along with us on our many bar crawls :)
We started the month off with a “traditional” 1st annual (2nd annual Friday before memorial day) Saturday Pub Crawl. We made our way around the Short North to several bars I had never been to and I must say I fell in love with several of them. We had a blast and are currently planning a Clintonville/campus pub crawl for sometime in the near future.
Obviously, as with every single other month, I drank wine…so I just felt I needed to add this photo in here to be true to how my month went.
About mid-month we drove on down the Chillicothe to celebrate the deck we helped build at Kurt and Chrisy’s house. As always it turned into a crazy time complete with smores, beer towers, and most importantly a DDP (dance deck party) The comment was even made as to how in the world the deck remained standing after we were done with it…we danced like our life depended on it and I loved every single second!!!!
Rounding out the month of May we headed on down to Georgia to help celebrate my cousin Nick getting married to the lovely Mandy. This wedding was by far one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. It was on her families winery and was just so peaceful, romantic, well planned…and there was plenty of wine!!! But in all seriousness it was gorgeous and spending time with my crazy family is always so much fun.
May was a good month to me…and I have to tell you that part of the reason I have not been so active posting is because I have finally found someone that I believe is worth my time and effort. I am dating again and very happy…so with that comes more spending time with him and less spending time writing. I promise I will give you all the whole story of said gentleman soon…and I promise I will find a way to make some time to blog more.
June is already in full swing and I also promise I will not let June slip by without blogging more!!! Have a great week!!!
